2. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, payments are due within 7 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BridgeCoreX unless otherwise stated. Custom work delivered to clients becomes their property upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted timelines or additional charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
BridgeCoreX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
